Within the administration site of the college, there was a need to record and manage interactions between the College and students and parents, placement employers and supplier businesses.

With the existing college database systems holding relevant data, a bespoke Client Relationship Management system was planned and developed within this structure. The system was originally planned to deal with phone, post and email interactions between the College and its students and parents, it also recorded contact details and marketing preferences. It was also extended to incorporate email newsletter management.

Another key feature was the administration of Health and Safety Plan (HASP) details for employers with students in work placements.
