Within this system, an individual or a group of questions could be created to be answered by students and/or staff, to gauge opinion about proposals or decisions for the College. These questionnaires were placed on the Intranet home pages for the relevant groups to answer.

Questionnaires could be answered anonymously (with checks in place to ensure no-one could answer a questionnaire more than once), with results returned to the originator. The answers could be set as multiple choice, multiple select, rating (1 to 5) or text.
