The Official Documents system was designed to make available to all staff various official documents, and to provide a seamless process to add and update documents within the system.
Documents stored in the system could be found by browsing through the various sections or by using the search functionality. Clicking on a section title would display the section title and notes, and a list of the documents recorded in that section.
A full audit trail of updates was kept so that a previous version of a document could easily be found.
