Current Area Loadings
Totals of the number of calls within each field engineering area around the country

Oldest Open Calls
A list of the oldest calls still open, ensuring that no call was left to exceed its service level.

Open Calls over Specified Number of Visits
Used as a monitor to ensure a repair did not needlessly exceed a sensible number of visits

Calls Estimated to Fail Response SLA
Report to monitor calls against service level agreements, to prevent any failures.

Test Equipment Calibration Reporting
To ensure successful repairs, equipment used to test machines was regularly check to confirm correct reading were returned. Administration of this process was run within this system.
