Company Instructions, Operating Procedures and other business documentation.
The Company Instructions and Operating Procedures documents detailed every aspect of the running and structure of the business. Using these documents, it should be possible to view any company policy or carry out any process in the day-to-day working of the business.

Initially created as printed documents, a copy was held by each employee. Due to the physical size, these documents were transferred to the Intranet where they could be updated by the responsible member of staff, and viewed by all.

Other official documents, such as Meeting Minutes, were also moved and stored on the intranet, with any necessary access restrictions in place for sensitive data.
